The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the overall management of the Association's activities, including strategic development, marketing, planning and industry services. |

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of marketing for the SDTA, including the fortnightly newsletter, arranging media famils, consumer shows and SDTA seasonal campaigns; she also updates and maintains all of the event listings. |

The Finance & Administration Officer is responsible for all areas of finance for the organisation including accounts receivable and payable. She is also responsible for all of the Association's administration functions and overseeing the operation of the Warwick Visitor Information Centre (VIC), including supervising the Casual Staff and Volunteers. |
